Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, time on site, approximate location, and how you interact with the Site. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see section 5).
Call tracking. If you call a tracking number on the Site or in our ads, the call may be recorded and details such as your phone number, call time, and duration may be logged for quality, training, and reporting. Where required, we will tell you when a call is being recorded.

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your inquiry, appointments, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. We may still send you non-marketing messages about your account, invoices, or active projects.
7. Data we handle for clients
To deliver our services, clients may give us access to their websites, analytics, Google Business Profile, advertising, email marketing, and social media accounts. These accounts may contain personal information about our clients’ own customers, such as form submissions, email lists, reviews, and call records.
We access and use that data only to perform the services our client has requested, and we handle it under the confidentiality terms of our client agreement. Our clients remain responsible for their own privacy policies and for having a lawful basis to share that data with us. If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your data, please contact that business directly.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy: generally for the length of our business relationship and afterward as needed for tax, accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes. Inquiries that don’t lead to an engagement are typically deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
We and our service providers store and process information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and handled in the U.S.
9. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls, password managers, encrypted connections, and limiting account access to team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law, including Arizona’s data breach notification law (A.R.S. § 18-552).

You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct inaccurate information.
